If other NOC's killed by Plame exposure

now is a good time for their families to sue Cheney, Rove, Armitage, Ari, and Libby for damages due to their role in killing their family members. Since all five admitted under oath to exposing Valerie and in effect her cover agency shouldn't they be able to file civil suits for damages?

1. My guess is that they would need CIA approval even to say that their loved ones were NOCS.

Even Joe Wilson the other night on Countdown said he couldn't comment when Keith asked about damage to other agents or even in general about what Valerie was doing for the CIA.

I suppose if your loved one is a spy you may never know unless you have the clearances to know.
