Between the Walter Reed debacle, Scooter Libby, and the fired US Attorneys,
has the terror level been raised yet to red? We all know bad news for shrub equals heighted terror alert.

1. Terror levels are no longer required because Bush is no
longer up for election. I think that the Republicans also realize that the alerts will not have an effect on voters. You can only cry wolf so many times before people will not longer believe you.
