2. Mean Nothing
His approval ratings arent that low. AOL polls dont work, because if somebody finds the article interesting, they will read and then do the poll. For example, there was a poll that was in an article about how successful Fox News was. The question was if people thought Fox was fair and balanced. I think 70 percent said yes, it was.

5. I still think it is fun....for years, aol polls were dramactically pro-
bush. It has only been in the last months, that they trend the other way. This is the lowest I ever seen on bush/cheney anywhere.

7. 110,000 votes
and 79-83% say Bush/Cheney will be judged unfavorably. That's a lot of people.

10. Case study
Cheney is a walking case study. A very rich man, wealthy beyond any conceivable need, a man with no possible prospect for office higher than the Vice Presidency, is put into the second highest office in the land. How does he behave? He is absolutely contemptuous of public opinion and thinks there are no constraints on his actions. He doesn't care what the polls show. He thinks it's all beneath him.

11. A man who peddled his influence in government to get his job outside of government.
It's been a beautiful arrangement for Dick....your classic Republican business model. Use government to break things - use private industry to fix things - repeat cycle ad nauseam.
