The Media is completely out of control

Can it be reined in? If it isn't I think that even if we manage to elect Obama and a stronger Dem Congress, the slide to facism will be utterly unrevocable.

Will a Dem government break them? Or will they fail to act on this as well?

Do you all think that there's enough popular support for media fairness out there? Or is it only us liberal wingnuts that see it?

5. Americans are stupid enough to still believe that the media is "liberal."

I see this even with some Democrats I know (not netroots Democrats, but people who are sort of moderate and vote Democratic). You talk to them about media bias and they say, "Oh, well, yeah, Fox is conservative, but CNN is liberal." :eyes:

Congress is well aware of the problem though. Will they do anything about it? It would seem to be in their best interests.
