Anti-drug war demos at both GOP and Democratic conventions
I'm on the email list for the Global Marijuana March organizers (www.globalmarijuanamarch.org) and just get an email today saying:

Denver: Saturday, August 23rd 3 pm. March from State Capitol at theColfax/Lincoln to the convention Center, via 14th to 14th and Chaplin. Stay around for the Demcon, August 24th to 27th. Contact: Tiny Martinez denvergmm@hotmail.com 720-365-8187


Minneapolis: Saturday, August 30 High noon. Hennepin County Govt. Center, 7th St. & 3rd Ave. Music, Speakers from LEAP, Ron Paul(?). Motorcade to convention center in St. Paul 4PM. 1. Until both parties change their repressive drug policies...
...they both deserve to be hassled in the streets.

The Libertarians and Greens, on the other hand, are good on drug policy. Sigh.
