Anyone know about a secret meeting in Congress that was leaked?

I caught the tail end of a radio conversation about some secret meeting in Congress that 3 members of the House were so disturbed by they leaked it to the public.

Fascism is upon us - I'm serious!

The March meeting was about FISA, I believe.
