Is it time to Impeach AG gonzales??
Here are 5 reasons we could do it.

1. Not upholding the constitution
2. warrantless wiretaps
3. elimination of habeas corpus
4. Extraordinary renditions
5. Guantanamo bay

1. Impeach the entire fucking administration.
If they aren't directly guilty, they're complicit in the crimes of the others.

15. after they are all impeached, I want them all tried and convicted in the ICC for their war crimes
and crimes against humanity, and I want the entire miserable, lying, thieving, murdering bunch of them to spend the rest of their worthless, misbegotten lives in prison--AFTER their fortunes have been confiscated to help pay for some of the damage they have caused.

may they, AND their supporters, receive EVERYTHING they deserve.

9. He is supposed to be the people's lawyer
not Bush's. Yet his only interests are back-door legal procedures that circumvent the Constitution...

12. Don't forget political firings and appointments of US attorney's. That's big and it's now.
I think Gonzales is the place to start.

Then Cheney then bush.

Start small and work up.

16. That would be torture
and although he does deserve it, it would suffice for me to see him impeached and disgraced.

19. While that statement
was indeed sarcastic, this man personifies the evil within our government. His actions are the opposite of what the AG should be pursuing. He deserves incarceration IMHO.

20. I'd like to see the man publicly apologize for the pro-torture arguments
Edited on Thu Mar-08-07 04:35 PM by Old Crusoe
he placed on the table of Bush's decision-makers.

I believe he has disgraced his family with those documents and with that argument.

His children could be the victims of such treatment if other nations were to retaliate against us on the terms he urged Bush to adopt.

No, I do not expect this apology will be forthcoming.

But it is owed nevertheless.

Impeachment? Certainly.
