Hysterical right-wing nut pens Fox News column calling for "Justice" (pardon for Libby)

These are people are so transparently pathetic. Let's see the checklists here:

1.) Attack any Republicans who have since come out against the administration's stupidity (Powell) - Check
2.) Claim it's all the fault of the Democrats - Check
3.) Claim that Clinton was guilty of perjury and deserved it but Libby didn't - Check
4.) Claim that it was "an attempt to undermine this administration" and then follow that up by pointlessly noting "in the middle of a war", as though that should allow criminal activity - Double Check
5.) Hysterically call for justice against the Democratic Party and the so-called "Liberal Media" while posting right-wing screeds on the most notoriously biased "news" organization since yellow journalism? - Check

In this week's episode of Rome (a superb HBO series which increasingly reminds me of the Nation's Capital), Servilia, whose son was killed in a power grab, knelt before the door of manipulative Attia, mother of Octavian and lover of Marc Anthony, the two men responsible, calling out in a haunting cry,

"Attia of the Julii, I call for justice."

She did so because the unavailing legal system was broken, and curses (which were taken seriously in those days) were the one remaining way most people had to redress grave wrongs.

I call for justice for Scooter Libby because he has had none in this ridiculous matter.

But at whose door do I stand to shout my curses? Joseph Wilson and Valerie Plame who cooked up a series of lies to undermine the administration in the middle of the war?

The media, which megaphoned them and falsely suggested that someone had deliberately outed an undercover agent for political reasons, following the lead of The Nation's David Corn?

To those who argue for a pardon to overturn "Scooter" Libby's conviction for
lying to the FBI and Grand Jury over the Valerie Plame affair, let me ask a
simple question: If revealing Ms. Plame's name wasn't a crime, why did Libby
and others in the Administration act like it was?

I think that pardoning him will be admitting that Bush and Cheney knew about it. Bill Clinton got impeached for doing what Scootee did, lieing. And all Bill had was a BJ. Outing a covert agent is treason according to Bush no. I.
