18. Sorry, I thought you needed a stream. Itunes also has free Sam Seder podcasts

from Seattle I have them set up to automatically download all the segments so when I miss the stream (6a-9a pacific time) I still have the mp3s.

don't have U.S. TV, but listen to Sam via streaming when possible. He's one of the most articulate progressive voices in the U.S. media today.
