The rest is just misspelled and grammatically challenged winger worship, but you might have uncovered a real neologistic nugget amongst the dross there. What does he mean by "rack it?" It's obviously an approving phrase, apparently used to express agreement with an earlier post.

A few guesses, none of which seem to really capture the use above in context:

Rack it like you rack a pump shotgun. E.g., strap it on, step it up, button your chinstrap. A generic yawp of testosterone-poisoned enthusiasm, maybe.
Rack it as in "rack it and stack it." Prioritize. Bring that notion to the fore.
Rack it as in put it in the book rack. Get that thought in print.

Of course, he could be going for "rock it," like "rock on," or racket or rocket. That is an awfully illiterate post, even for a freeper; hard to imagine what thoughts are flitting across that darkling mental plain.
