1. Not certain on the details but

I think the general ideas are the same. I have to admit though, some what sexiest I guess that having a woman in charge of our armed force might actually prevent future violence.
After the Rwanda genocide, the established government required a portion of the Parliament to be comprised of women with the main idea being that this would prevent a repeat of the previous atrocities. Something to think about.

In general you might be correct about gender, and preventing future violence, but based on Clinton's record, in my view, she is NOT in that group
