Rasmussen: Bush Job Approval at Lowest Level in Two Months
March 8, 2007

Thirty-seven percent (37%) of Americans approve of the way that George W. Bush is performing his role as President. That’s the lowest level of overall approval for the President in two months and just two points above the lowest level ever recorded. Just 16% Strongly Approve of the President’s performance, matching the lowest level ever measured by Rasmussen Reports.

Overall, 59% of Americans disapprove, including 43% who Strongly Disapprove.

The President earns approval from 41% of men and 33% of women. These readings come on a day when the consumer confidence of Americans fell to the lowest level in nearly six months. Sixty-two percent (62%) of Americans now say the economy is getting worse. Investor confidence has also tumbled sharply over the past week.

The Real Clear Politics Average of the 5 latest polls is currently 34.0%.

A February CBS News/New York Times poll gave bush an approval rating of 29%. Nixon's approval rating was about 25% when he resigned.

1. Why does it seem that everytime this adnministration is in really deep
shit they send Monkey Boy globe trotting to harrass and annoy other countries? Do they want to get him out of the way? The frigging whole world knows that there is no point to his jetting around. No one wants any part of this administration.

3. There's a GOP scandal under every stone you look under now.
The GOPer goo is everywhere and it stinks to high heaven. I think before long there will be the votes to impeach the national dipshit!

4. And all their slogans are the opposite of what's happened
Mission accomplished = Lost the war after pissing away enough money to buy Iraq
No child left behind = Imposed goofy ideas on schools, didn't fund the program, children left behind
restore honor = ha ha 1 misdemeanor in Clinton administration after 12 year $91 million witch hunt
stay the course = I never said stay the course
support the troops = But just don't get wounded

There has been so much done that they just couldn't keep a lid on it any more. Not even this bunch with their lapdog GOP congress and the richest people in the nation running interference for them.
