A thank you to the TOON posters!

For so very long, I have enjoyed the threads which post the toons...and I thought it was about time that I gave a HUGE "thank you" to the posters who spend the time to hunt these down and post them for the pleasure of all of us.

You toon posters probably have no clue on how many of these toons I have saved over the years and made into screen savers. When I go back to the early screen savers I made and then scroll forward to the present, it is like a short, some times funny and some times pithy history lesson of what has gone on in our nation over the years.

Sooooo, thank you, thank you, thank you! You have indeed given this DUer a very appreciated good time by your efforts!

On those days when life (and politics) is getting me down, I head to DU and search for toons. Those of you who gather and publish the collections of toons are performing a valuable public service. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

...I often do the same thing ~~ come on DU and look for the TOON threads first. LOL, I did that especially before the 2006 mid-terms when I just felt I could not take anymore of the RW bull crap!
