Does it not look as if he is moving in to attempt to throw his arm around Lula, and Lula is trying gently to ease himself out of that trap?

_Bush looks like a drunk at a party trying to move in, sneakily, to grab someone who is trying to free himself.

In the original photo, in suits, Lula looks MISERABLE. Obviously, _Bush is trying to slime him by getting a photo making it appear Lula loves him.

From Lula's facial expression, he may as well have tried to sit on his face, for crying out loud. Could this freak embarrass the country any more than this?
