I've wasted more time thinking about it than I should have.

I thought he was a FReep who picked up a "how to be a crazee librul" from the FReeps. ...the "rants" (calling them "rants" is cruel to rants) just involved screaming the same thing over and over like a looney. No supporting statements. No reasoning. Just him repeating and playing the camera effects games.
