Tweety gets to indulge his lechery --- judging a lookism contest

He offhandedly, but calculatingly, dropped the tidbit on the air a couple of days ago that he is a judge at the Ms (USA?) beauty contest this coming weekend. sL-IMUS bought it up a few times this A.M. without bringing it to a point.

A blast from the past type reminder about Tweety's lechery:

When M-TV held its 20th or 25th anniversary, all the cable echo chambers were doing segments of Britney shedding her duds down to almost nothing. Not to be left behind, Tweety followed suit, with a guest "culture" commentator from Time Mag, the young humor columnist, Joel STEIN. The staff kept re-running the Britney clip, and Tweety was clearly DROOLING disgustingly. STEIN finally said, "You're beginning to creep me out." Tweety responded, "Yeah, well, wait till YOU're 50." This led to the suggestion that "Tweety" be modified to "Tweezer" to retain the hair reference while canceling out the affection factor and also adding the (dirty old) "geezer" angle.

But David SHUSTER is reporting on the Scooter trial, saying there was testimony that CHEENEE's office was "tracking" Tweety over the Niger story back then and on all reporters who were running items on WILSON's findings in Niger.

5. OMZ!!1 REID told him Tweety's temperament is MUCH BETTER in Nevada!!1

Sen. REID: "Let me just say quickly, how glad I am to see you in Nevada because your temperament is much better there than it usually is."

I gotta say, it wasn't a graceful comment, but Tweety tried to turn it into one, thanking him for hosting him in his home state.

Plus, on the lechery theme, Tweety said his good mood is due to his being a judge in the Miss AMERICA (not Miss USA) contest and watching "ALL THESE BEAUTIFUL YOUNG WOMEN TRYING TO PLEASE ME as a judge"!!1

The theme of the segment has been the potential of the Southwest for political gain for the Dems, "the new swing region in presidential politics." CO, NV, NM---a swing of 70,000 votes could have given the election to KERRY.
