NYT Headline Change: "Halliburton Moving Its C.E.O. From Houston to Dubai"

Now they seem to imply that the C.E.O. will be moving, not the HQ. Other sources say that the Corporate Headquarters is moving as the NYT did earlier.

Sounds like someone was bought off and the old grey lady is rolling in her grave.

3. read the revised article:
"HOUSTON, March 11 — Halliburton, the big energy services company, said on Sunday that it would open a corporate headquarters in the United Arab Emirates city of Dubai and move its chairman and chief executive, David J. Lesar, there.

The company will maintain its existing corporate office here as well as its legal incorporation in the United States, meaning that it will still be subject to domestic laws and regulations."

This is far different from other reports and what they reported earlier. It makes a huge difference and begs the question "What is really going on?"

I don't know how ti find the original article which must be cached somewhere, but I'd love to compare the two.
