Retired Spc. Matt Lemke,28 needs a new wheelchair

One that allows him to move freely, steered by his breath.One that allows him to go the bathroom on his own,to hint for a new release movies on his own or to take a spring jaunt through Riverside Park , next to his La Crosse Apartment.

One that allows him to leave his bed, where the quadriplegic U.S. Army veteran has spent all but six hours of his life since Christmas.
