We must continue forward Wisely. I listened to Gov. Palin, and we are in trouble. She is an excellent liar, and an excellent speaker. She knows how to slam our candidates. She has incredible skills of oratory for an evil genius. She is a liar, but she knows how to make Our Guy look like nothing.
Further, we need not to talk about her small town roots, and lack of experience. The presidency is one by Electoral Votes, and not Popular Votes. The Democratic Elites of our party will have us lose another election, it is what had happened in 2000 and 2004. Americans are generally anti-intellectual. I love both VP Gore, and Sen. Kerry, but both are intellectual elites, not what the average voter are.
Gov. Palin makes Sen. Obama out to be an empty suit. I do wish that Sen. Obama had waited for four more years, and had worked his butt off fighting the good fight in the Senate, thus proving himself, beyond a doubt to the majority of Americans, but this is where we are now, and 4 more years of Republicanism will kill our economy.
Sen. Obama needs to have a plan to reduce unnecessary spending, making government smaller in places, while increasing spending in order to increase overall economic activity. The Republicans have left Our Nation in a very sad place. We must continually explain that small businesses, unless profitable, will have less taxes, not more, which may enable a small business to not fail when cash flow is weak.
Sen. Obama needs to proved viscerally, as well as poignantly why he is superior to Sen. McCain. We must prove at the local level why we are better.
Gov. Palin represents something similar to W, a kind of home town person. Not an intellectual elite. She was an incredibly wise choice. We need to stop getting on about Alask being a small state (low population). That tact will help us lose. We need to show that our ideas are better, and will help the common person better. This needs to been carefully.
I would suggest that Democratic Strategists take some time out to study this before we go forward. Gov. Palin is a force to be reckoned with. She is a master manipulator. She obviously knows something being that she was elected Govenor. She is an abuser of power, and a liar, but if we get on about her being a mayor of a small town, or quaint, or a Gov. of a lowly populated state we will lose.
