His Biggest Crime of All in Pics

He stole the goodwill and view of the America we grew up being proud of:

And replaced it with one of shame, hatred, war, and humiliation:

For all of this, I will hate him for the rest of my life...

16. They will NOT unless WE make it happen
I hope we don't rely on some metaphysical form of justice to sort this all out. We have to make it happen and show the world that American won't tolerate these atrocities.

17. He's a speeding train. Everything we've done so far has not
slowed him - but made him even worse. Hopefully, the Dem
congress can slow him and Cheney for another 21 months before
the country is past the point of no return.

4. You know, it's truly amazing that all of this horror has been
accomplished in just 6 short years. What took scores and scores of years
to build and cultivate.

3. true
The reputation of America as a beacon of liberty and egalitarianism was eroded before W took office, but it was eroded by the same bunch of Bush cronies -- the rogues and the BFEE. No shame, no punishment can be too great.

5. It will take the US another 200 years
to remedy what the Republicans, since Reagan, have done to our country and others.

No punishment is too much. No hatred is too much.

8. Now, now, let us be like the good Christians. We shouldn't hate the sinner, but the sins.
Poor Chimpy's a product of his environment. He's soiled, rich, arrogant, incompetent, and was never held responsible for anything. Let us hate his sins and rest assured that there will be a special place in hell for him.

this country and our standing in the world, not a very nice place to leave to your kids, they deserve better.

9. Who has caused the U.S. more harm?
I asked this question at dinner with friends the other night and added my opinion that the administration is actually a more formidible enemy to this country than is al-queda. This opinion provoked a gasp and a total dismissal without comment. But I ask again: Who has caused this country more harm?
In many ways, I believe that we're done already. We're just living off the carcass of liberty that remains. The U.S.A. will go on, but it will go on as a greatly changed country with the the soul of who we were - a free, independent people - gone forever. That, to me, was the essense of being an American. But now style over substance is all the rage. Go with whomever "looks" more patriotic, whomever talks s good game, whomever most loudly proclaims their way as THE way, whomever wraps themselves most attractively in the flag.
What % of the population actually vote - and now we can't even trust that?!
I suppose we can enjoy this little exercise of free speech a little longer, but we'll get what they'll give us in the long run.
Only a true uprising of all Americans against the status-quo, against the current two-party or nothing system, and against the rise of corporate interests and corporate gluttony as a rule - will ever hope to affect meaningful change and a return of the American spirit.

11. so true. I feel it is snowball headed downhill - one we can not
stop - we just have to wait until it's final crash to assess the damage Jan 2009, I hope.

I used to think it was just because you get older and lose your naivety - but NO - this
destruction is real - no matter what age you are..

15. It's all the more reason...
To focus less on his hate and more on the guy we're gonna put back in the white house to undo everything and bring it back to the way it was. What we need right now is less hate and mourning and more vigor to righting these wrongs. Sometimes, they say, the best way to make a bully look bad is to prove him wrong by example...and then let's roast him alive for his crimes once he's seen he couldn't destroy us, as well as his colleagues in crime
