The Reason Halliburton Is Moving to Dubai
It's not what you think really it's all about the phallus. Dick Co.(rruption) is simply shifting it's Headquarters to the largest penis on the planet. Projecting power and prestige in that shiny glass Potemkin phallus is what it's all about in today's One Market Under God mentality. And hey give The Dick a break he just wants to get as close to heaven as possible and the top floor of The Burj is as close as he's ever gonna get.

5. The real reason
The United Arab Emirates does not have an extradition treaty with the United States, and Haliburton wants to get as many top level people out of America before the fertilizer hits the fan.
