I don't think bond(reptile) MO. is going to make it to 2010
I watched him on our local news yesterday at the VA hospital in KCMO, he looked like he was on deaths door, if I may make a fristion diagnosis. He looked old and tired used up and ready for the ash heap, his eyes were tired and drained, he was pale and not moving very well, I think he may have something seriously wrong ready to extinguish him at any time.
I'm noticing that about many of the reptiles in government, the older ones look beat, worn out, like they know a storm is coming to get them and there's nothing they can do to stop it.

3. No, this looked different
More like cancer or some other serious medical condition.

4. He's looked like s**t forever.
Plus, he's one of the most evil rethugs in the Senate, with a record that Dems can really attack. Too bad we have to wait until 2010 to go after him.

7. I don't think he'll last that long
I'm hoping for at least two more years, then it's a very dood chance we'll have a Democratic governor, there's no chance in hell baby doc blunt get's another term. I've watched bond over the years and while he had all the hallmarks of a serious drunk this looked very different, I've tried to find a photo or better yet the actual video, but, I can't find it, take my word something is wrong with him I'm series.

8. I'll defer to your assessment. However...
I saw him on CSpan debating in the Senate just a few weeks ago and he actually looked better then I recall.

Maybe he was on a bender night before you saw him.

I just hope you're right about him not lasting. He's one of the worst.

10. No, this one was Kansas City
He looked really nasty, which is probably why I can't find it. Thanks anyway, I'll check the other stations to see if it's on any of their archives.

5. Remember Strom Thurmond? That "Mighty Oak" looked half-dead
for over twenty years before the nut was finally planted.

6. You may be correct!
I also would note that he was quoted in the St. Louis Post as being skeptical of the surge program and I believe did "miss" the vote on the Senate resolution to debate the Iraq War. Yes, I completely disagree with him on most everything and have for years, however he does have a son in Iraq and might be looking for his own exit strategy.
