It looks like CSPAN is trying to educate everyone about Presidential Pardons by highlighting a more recent controversial decision by none other than ***drumroll please*** Bill Clinton! Scooter and other attorneys "testified about their involvement in obtaining a presidential pardon for financier Marc Rich."
In case you miss it, you can purchase it at the bargain basement clearance price of $240. Just thought it deserved a mention.
