Matthews whining about wanting more passion from Obama . . .

ANYONE who claims that Obama hasn't shown 'passion' in this campaign either hasn't been looking or is just spouting rhetoric. Hell, Obama could evoke more passion with his stare than McCain could in a full panic.

I watched that and I couldn't believe it. Neither could Bill Richardson. If I were Bill, I would have said, "as opposed to who, Chris....John McCain?" If Barack was doing the Dean Scream, we know how he and his media cohorts would like that.

Being in Colorado, I listened to Obama's speech on local radio this morning. There was plenty of passion. Hardball chose to show a portion where he was being quite serious as Richardson pointed out.

Matthews asking how Obama was going to turn things around in the first 6 months of his administration. I'm routinely reminded why I stopped watching that idiot. I should have stuck to my guns and only turned on the tv for Keith and Rachel tonight.

So, I'm going outside in the yard to read my library book and rinse Tweety from my thoughts. It's gorgeous out here today.

It's how he connects to a candidate apparently. My feeling is that they have been so busy following the McCain-Palin team that they have not heard much of what Obama has to say. He has the press with him. Who decides if he has said anything newsworthy? Frankly the standards for "newsworthy" are the problem. They are like children. Or is that disparaging to children?
