Tonight he was complaining about 22 people living there. The man had 2 wives (tsk, tsk), with one wife living on each floor. Billo thought it should be against the law for 22 people to live in that small of a place. He held up his hands, saying "This place was tiny, only this big." A fireman was trying to explain to him that fire codes don't necessarily regulate private residences.

I don't think KO is done with him yet!
