Exactly, exactly, exactly. "They wait us out" means perpetual war. It means that if we announce on CNN, via Cheney, that we intend to exaust their resources by not announcing our withdrawal date, nobody will wait at all. The insurgents will assume we intend to stay forever, and will then (for reasons unexplained) try to attack today. But if we announce that we are leaving, they will simply not attack at all. BS. Its precisely the other way around. If we announce we are leaving, they will try to put a bullet in our asses. If we announce we are staying, they will bide their time looking for ripe moments to attack.
