Doctors or Nurses: I inhaled a ramen noodle but can't cough it out!

What happens to the ramen noodle?

1. I did some googling, a wide variety of discussions with a wide mix of

knowledge and speculation.

General concensus seems to be:

You will cough it out (or already have)

it didn't really go into your lung as you fear, the odd entry into your throat (inhaling) just makes it feel that way

even if it is in fact in your lung, its small and will either be swept out or, worst case scenario, will eventually be broken down but won't really hurt much.

5. I am not a medical adviser but

one time I was riding my bike and I inhaled a bug. I thought that it was in my lung for sure. I had given up hope of ever seeing that thing. About 20 minutes later I coughed it up. There is still a chance that you will see that noodle again. Good luck with that. Peace, Kim

Seriously, lay face down on a bed and slide the upper part of your body off the bed until you're standing on your folded arms and head. Then cough.

11. From what I saw on TV the other night

If you send $207 (yes...the exact amount was specified) you will receive God's passover blessing. Maybe you could use that with your noodle problem.
