Early in the interview, he had his right hand resting on his knee. His right thumb was twitching back and forth, though his left hand was steady as a rock.

4. No, but I did notice a major edit at the very start of the interview...
...which means they had more interview than they could fit into the 2 segments of the show, sooooo...

I want to see the rest of the interview! I wonder if they'll post the rest at the website?
