When I think about their incompetence this is the most glaring thing that comes to mind. They have spent half a trillion dollars trying but they can't get oil out of Iraq. World's second largest known reserves secured by what we are told is the strongest military the world has ever seen and those idiots can't get that oil to market.

7. I go back and forth on whether I think they are incompetent or not

if anything, putting Bush (who definitely is incompetent) in front and appearing to be bungling everything sort of sets up their favorite idea: that Government is incapable of doing anything right. In my opinion, it just proves anti-government regulation Conservatives are incapable of doing anything right though.

What kills me is how many people still believe in them and support them, although I guess the old "garbage in/garbage out" idiom applies: If the people are not given the truth, they will believe the lies.
