3. Interstate racketeering is like that

It becomes one gigantic spiderweb. The big spider in the center of the web used to be the head Mafia Don.

The name has changed along with many of the players, but the organization is the same.

I wonder if we'll ever find out who the big spider sitting in the middle of the GOP rackets web is.
