This is just the tip of the iceburg. I just filed Bankruptcy, as my business is directed at middle to lower income families. Plus live in Michigan!! The process hasn't been bad for me, but the steps you go through, are a joke...aka, taking the tests, etc...almost done.
If you are close to the step, DO IT NOW, before the CIC tries to stop it. The people at www.Greenpathbk.com help alot. They told me THEY ARE FLOODED WITH APPLICATIONS!!!!!

I am going to use my situation as a positive for others. I am not alone, and on top of it, "MY IDENTITY WAS STOLEN. My checking acct wiped out, (business) my bank cards attacked...plus the slowdown in the economy...no chance to recover. Thank goodness, I live frugally, as I collect SS from my deceased husband. I never put that $$ into my business. I have been speaking out, so others know, they are not alone, and should not feel the disgrace. I had 4 children, I raised without any child support, worked hard to raise them, and now was working for me...but with the selection on Bush, in 2000, I knew we were in for a rough ride, still hoping for change in 2004, but when it was stolen AGAIN, I knew we were heading for disaster! Now I am at retirement age, and still pretty spunky, so I will use my life as a learning tool, for those who are going to suffer from this administrations policies. Stay tuned!!! I have just begun!

I believe we are given these challenges for learning and sharing experiences. I guess, making lemonade out of lemons, and sharing with others who may have the same experiences in there life. I guess its Pay it Forward. I did nothing to cause this, just running my little business, serving my customers, and trying to retire comfortably. Money alone was never the goal, wanted to serve my community with service and product.

Its all about greed, not caring about others, only the bottom line. I never had the money first idealog. I love people and wanted to serve. So sad isn't it??? These big companies only care about the bottom line....and THEY WILL get their comuptence along the way. The mortgage lenders, that falsify the info, the big corporations are going down. Esp. the credit card Companies and lenders, when the bankruptcy courts are filled. That is happening NOW, from what I hear. Tons of people fileing according to Green Path. Unbelievable!! Market is up today, but betcha by Friday will be sinking way down...

I fear nothing is secure, but, I wish you well. We American people are strong, we will find a way in the darkest of hours. We have the internet to talk to each other (just so martial law doesn't take it away, if that happens) I am not going to give up, as I have been here before! My goal is to inform people, so they don't feel like they have failed. The only one who has failed is this Administration. They are robbers of the people....Thank You

This is time for people to realize how dangerously we are heading for disaster. The fact that my identity was stolen, back in Sept. and Oct..wiping out my finances, really put me under. I have reported to the FBI, lawyers, etc. to anyone I could bring notice my situation, only to learn MANY,MANY, have had their identity stolen. Charge Cards (used internationally, Bank accts...etc...all gone. So BEWARE, we must be cautious with our information...Thanks again...

Lee Cheng Hooi of EON Capital said that the worry for investors was that the problems in the US mortgage market could cause the world's biggest economy to slow down.

"This will cause a domino effect on the world economy," he explained. "There could be more bloodbath to come."



Todd Leone, managing director of equity trading at Cowen & Co in the US said he believed the slump was simply a "healthy correction".

"The question is when do we stop?" he said.
