1. Ohyeah, buddy? Maybe you won't be so snide if this makes a comeback.

4. Why do you hate Ken? Or is that GI Joe?
Or, is it that you are a magical Gypsy and you have shrunken your neighbor?

I'd love to dig into his background and just see how he got his start.

6. Enightened self interest, heavy on the latter

(AP)
"True to his style, Slim seldom proposes a plan he does not have a business interest in — his construction company helps finance hospital projects. He said he wants to join a plan to distribute low-cost computers to the poor, but it is unclear if that would involve his chain of computer stores.

"His fortune has caused resentment in a country where the minimum wage is about 50 cents per hour. Many in Mexico claim Slim's huge fortune comes from charging high prices in Mexico's fixed-line telephone market, where his Telmex company holds a near-monopoly."

Funny how these plutocrats are never able to connect the dots between concentration of wealth and a growing number of poor people.

8. Privatized
And just how did Slim come to own Mexico's telephone system? He bought it at a bargain price from Mexico's corrupt oligarchical government when it was privatized. He is the son of an immigrant from Lebanon, and though his ties to the country are recent and slim (pun intended), he is now the richest man in Latin America.

9. SLIM?
He doesn't look so slim to me. Slimy, maybe, but not slim.
