1. The RIAA at its finest
Terrestrial radio stations are mostly exempt from paying the latter, since they are considered promoters of new music. The Recording Industry Association of America, an organization representing several major record labels, contends that Net radio services are different--since there are ways for listeners to digitally reproduce the music--and should therefore pay the sound recording fees.

Ri-ight. As we all know, there isn't any way for listeners to reproduce music they hear on terrestrial radio stations. At least, not until some genius figures out how to slip a blank cassette into a tape deck. :sarcasm:

2. It doesn't affect liberal talk radio, that's all I care about - I pay for my music through Sirius

satellite radio each month.

As long as liberal radio is left alone and the millions who listen to liberal radio streams are able to listen, without some inevitable bullshit republican legislation trying to curb it, is all I really care about.

3. I listen to a station that features only music from the 1920s and 1930s.
Is there a station like that on Sirius?
