this thing in essence gave the secretary of the treasury carte blanche- There are a lot of smart economists etc who have very good ideas that might not result in the rape of the tax payer. My god there was no questioning of the deregulation that started this mess. Doesn't it strike you as strange how they were all pushing to get it done too quickly,,,,kind of like if they pass it quickly maybe people won't recognize what a ridiculous scam it was.
