New Arkansas Prosecutor engaged in racially based "voter caging"

Key voters on Griffin’s (new Arkansas prosecutor) hit list: Black soldiers and homeless men and women. Nice guy, eh? Naughty or nice, however, is not the issue. Targeting voters where race is a factor is a felony crime under the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

(These voters were targeted in the registration process and conveniently taken from the rolls.)

Great work. There IS evidence that new Prosecutor Griffin, Arkansas may well have engaged in racially motivated "voter caging", a violation of the 1965 Voting Rights Act.

1. My thoughts when I heard about this was THEY are gearing up for '08 Elections

And the target would be democratic voters, by purging the rolls, and challenging races.
