Globecast.com is probably one company that can set it up for you. Maybe if you can find the right equipment yourself, the right dish, etc... then you might be able to set it up yourself, which is not as easy as it sounds.

These guys are the top shelf when it comes to all things Satellite TV related. In particular read the FAQ sticky thread there for basic answers to what FTA is and whether it will be a good fit for you.

8. had a system for years; couldn't live without it. if you only want BVN you could just buy a

stationary dish and a reciever for about $200; if you want to go really cheap i think you can buy the dish and a tuner/receiver card for your PC for a little less. however, if you're going to get a system, you might as well get a motorized dish (add another $100 or so), because then you can get a lot more channels. on the good side, if you just get a stationary dish to get BVN, you will find that the AlJazeera English station is also on that satellite, and it's pretty good. i got my system from www.sadoun.com; their products seem pretty good and their service is fast.
