Another lead post about an important little known RNC strategery
I tried to point this out yesterday without luck. I'll try it again this afternoon then.

It seems to me that the RNC is in the habit of providing extra-governmental communications channels to the administration with the purpose avoiding official communications systems logging. They are providing the communications to coordinate the commission of crimes. They have been doing this for years now. This should place the RNC squarely in the path of a RICO investigation.

No one is talking about this!

Here, have a look Feb. 2003:

Susan's RNC pager, Hmmm.

Now we have this from the current front page of DU, no less:

-- Aug. 24, 2006, e-mail from J. Scott Jennings, White House deputy political director to Kyle Sampson, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales' chief of staff. The two were discussing the ouster of U.S. Attorney Bud Cummins' ouster in Little Rock, Ark., and his replacement, Tim Griffin. Jennings wrote from an e-mail address of "gwb43.com," which online tracking records show is registered to the Republican National Committee.

So, now what? Is *anyone* looking into this?

This seems like a way in to find out how really corrupt the RNC is.

I dont want to bother you with a meeting request, so I was hoping you
could pass on to Karl that Interior is about to approve a gaming compact and
land in trust for a tribe which is an anathema to all our supporters down
there. Its called the Jena tribe, and the politicos (!) at Interior (low-
mid level) are agreeing to this. It will cause a major backlash from our
coalition and is something which they should not do on the merits. I
believe that Steve Giles over there would be opposed, but it´s important,
if possible, to get some quiet message from WH that this is absurd. Thanks
Susan

Your email to Susan was forwarded to Ruben Barrates and on to Jen Farley, who read it to me last night. I dont know what to think about this, bu it is better not put this stuff in writing in their email system because it might actually limit what they can do to help us, especially since there could be lawsuits, etc. Who knows? Just letting you know what she said. Anyway, I had called her to talk about Jena. She has not heard from anyone on the other side of this issue.

4. What this demonstrates to me is that
the Republican National Committee and the Justice Department (among other departments) have merged.

This is the ultimate in political corruption.

7. Normally one sends RICO complaints to the US AG
Where would anyone send a RICO complaint in this RNC/Federal government? Every single federal department is run as part of the RNC.

9. An odd paradox that I hope someone has a solution to.
Who has standing to file? Can RICO be filed as a 'Pro Tam' suit? (I think that's the right name, I'm nowhere near being a lawyer) Can a citizen bring evidence to the courthouse asking to put it before a grand jury?

18.  Reagan era with CA vs. Cabazon case ? Wackenhut/Cabazon/CIA joint venture
Edited on Fri Mar-16-07 12:33 AM by EVDebs
I remember Danny Casolaro investigating the tribe, run by a former CIA guy named Nichols, and this being related to his early demise.

California v. Cabazon Band of Mission Indians, 480 U.S. 202 (1987)

Also see

http://sonic.net/sentinel/gvcon7.html

"" During the early 1980s, Riconoscuito served as the Director of Research for a joint venture between the Wackenhut Corporation of Coral Gables, Florida and the Cabazon Band of Indians of Indio, California. The joint venture was located on the Cabazon reservation. The joint venture sought to develop and manufacture certain materials that are used in military and national security operations, and biological and chemical warfare weapons. The Cabazon Band of Indians are a sovereign nation and thus have immunity from U.S. regulations and stringent government controls.

The Wackenhut-Cabazon joint venture was intended to support the needs of a number of foreign governments and forces, including forces and governments in Central America and the Middle East. The Contras in Nicaragua represented one of the most important priorities for the joint venture. The joint venture maintained close liaison with certain elements of the U.S. Government, including representatives of intelligence, military and law enforcement agencies. Among the frequent visitors to the Wackenhut-Cabazon joint venture were Peter Videnicks of the U.S. Department of Justice and a close associate of Videnicks, Dr. Earl W. Brian, who served in the California cabinet of Governor Ronald Reagan and who has very close ties and business dealings with Meese.

In connection with Riconoscuito's work, he engaged in some software work in 1983 and 1984 on the PROMIS computer software product, developed by INSLAW but being used, without payment, by the U.S. Department of Justice. A federal court has awarded INSLAW $6.8 million against the U.S. Department of Justice. ""

25. CREW has pointed this out
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x419121

Congress can subpoena all email records from the RNC, there is no executive privilege or national security concerns.

I hope they subpoena all communications with the WH - I'll bet they'll get the emails between Karl and the RNC operatives from the WH during the election.

31. Unquestionably now they are THE MOST CRIMINAL and simply EVIL
people EVER to rule America.

EVER.

In so many ways big and small, they DESPISE the America that the Founding Fathers laid down which has become the America of today, still true to so many of those prinicples.

Well, at least until 12/12/2000.

Busheviks hearts' desire is something much closer to Communist China (except with a capitalist economy). It is SELF-EVIDENT in almost every single one of their actions, every single one of the tens of thousands of lies they have told.

It is OUR duty, the AMERICAN PEOPLE (which, I say again, does NOT include the highest level of Bushevik Leadership) must STOP THEM...or the Founding Fathers' dream dies here.

IMPEACH IMPEACH IMPEACH!
