I was listening to "Talk of the Nation" on NPR today in the car. There was a guy who was totally programmed by Faux News and he had two kids serve and was expousing the "truth speak" saying how his kids were called to serve 'cause we had been hit. Never mind that Iraq had nothing to do with that attack.

One of his kids tragically died.

Now that KSM has been accused of everything from siring ANS's baby, to abducting Waldo, to sinking the Titanic, to killing Kenny, and water boarded into taking responsibility for everything that's gone badly for well over 20 years, perhaps we need more than a little reality check.

Another service member who had lost one eye and had multiple other permanently debilitating injuries spoke of how his marriage failed during his deployment on Iraq.

He said that half of his squadron most unfortunately returned to divorce scenarios.

Let's just get this straight.

Wars and heinous life long injuries and g-d awful lengthy deployments are a far greater threat to the sanctity of marriage than same sex partners could ever be.
