Hannity's HUGE LIE Last Night -
Edited on Fri Mar-16-07 10:09 AM by TNOE
I tune in to the dark side during the commercials - just to witness the RIDICULOUS ways in which they try to not only AVOID the real news - and I am pretty accustomed to the lies - but really, I think last night takes the cake.

He was bashing Rosie for saying on The View that since Mohammad was "tortured" that his admissions couldn't be believed. He then of course, called for Rosie to be fired.

"He said THE UNITED STATES DOES NOT TORTURE. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF TORTURE."

And not one person of course corrected him. The fact that this guy WAS tortured was from the FBI itself who said he lasted longer than ANYONE under waterboarding.

NOW, the question I suppose - is anyone want to join my in bombarding Hannity's email with the FACT THAT AMERICA DOES TORTURE? AND THAT IT WAS ORDERED RIGHT FROM THE TOP (WHICH IS WHAT ROSIE SAID).

I don't know how much you guys care, but I really just thought this was egregious - now Wonder Faux Noise watchers are so stupid.

There should be a law against abusing stupid people like this.

1. Even if there had been a sane voice to contradict him...
Do you really think that his wingnut audience would believe it?

Sean would simply bloviate and bluster, and get louder and louder and in the eyes of his double-digit-IQ audience, he'd be right. Because don't forget, when you're a Republican, loud equals correct, facts be damned.

What a sorry excuse for a human being, because unlike some other Rightist "pundits", ol' Sean really believes his own bullshit. Must be nice to be reality-impaired... :eyes:

2. Yea, I know
I just want to show him what a fool he is - I would love to fill his inbox with every story about torture and some pictures too!

HE MAKES ME SICK. And I'd like to show him that the AMerican people aren't nearly as stupid as he & Bush - and as they THINK we are.

3. To be fair, there are a whole LOT of stupid Americans...
And nearly all of them watch Fox "News".

4. I know!
That's what I'm saying. Honestly, that noise channel should be charged with "abuse" - for intentionally makeing and keeping the stupid - stupid.

5. I believe he was waterboarded. I can't cite the article, but
I do remember that he did confess is short order.

6. How do you know Sean Hannity is not telling a lie?
His lips aren't moving.

7. A quote from John Stuart Mill
"Conservatives are not necessarily stupid, but most stupid people are conservatives."

8. According to Bush, waterboarding isn't torture.
Or, if the US does it, then by definition it's not torture.

9. You will not convince him of anything
Here is his logic...

The U.S. does not torture, so if the U.S. does something, it is not torture because the U.S. does not torture becauseif it was torture the U.S. would not do it.....

Makes your head spin.
