She'll be treated by the right as an 'expert' witness and will merely (1) state her opinion and (2) make allegations that can only be disproven if the CIA were to disclose classified information.

It's in the latter that these reichbots are most sleazy ... making allegations based on the absence of CIA disclosure of classified information knowing full well that only by the CIA violating national security can their baseless allegations be shown for the lies they are. It's a despicable and corrupt posture, imho.

By characterizing her remarks as her "opinions" and then using the semantics of allegations she narrowly evades liability. For example, her constantly repeated assertion that is "helped write" the IIPA is a long-dead horse that still attracts the parimutual wagers of the reich - as she pontificates a "legal opinion" that law wasn't broken. No sane person in possession of the public facts could agree - but that doesn't stop the reichbots.

Her and her husband (Joe de Geneova) are so abjectly absent any ethical allegiance to an unbiased truth that it's hard to regard them as human.

That said, I'll most certainly be raptly watching her testify, hoping and praying that she receives even a modicum of what she deserves.
