21. YES. Technically. The timing was unfortunate, but it wasn't too far off.

The role of CSPAN is to cover the House and Senate. Thus, they start coverage from the GAVEL (gavel to gavel coverage). Nothing is happening in the House today, because this shit is more important.

You can be damned sure that if the GOP had the majority, they'd be debating some bullshit bill about a petting zoo in Podunk, so we wouldn't be watching REP Cummings questioning the guys who are witnesses in the Plame biz.

I did, however, hear chanting. I think they were saying 'impeach now'. Maybe Code Pink, they are in attendance. I don't know if they were ejected in addition to be admonished by the Chair.
