2. This plus + Rove/Gonzo/Prosecutorgate would make it look real real bad.


My guess is Victoria Toensing was there to provide Libby Pardon justification -- however, her legalistic hairsplitting was was pretty much cut to ribbons by Waxman and Diane Watson.

Her nitpicky qualification of "Plame was not covert under the law" that Toensing wrote ain't gonna fly, I don't think.
