1. Are you serious?
Well, I suspect Gregory let that stand, eh? Big surprise. One thing is for certain...

Gregory has outed himself. Apparently, he loves playing good cop/bad cop. :puke:

2. he also says Dems need to be careful not to have too many hearings on this
as he is puzzled how these hearings "serve the American people".

Let me hold my side.

Their talking points are wearing as thin as some of my dish towels.

6. Oh good, being advised not to investigate any further?
That can only mean one thing: the dems are onto something big. :woohoo:

Let the investigations continue!

5. Too bad Tweety isn't there -- say what you will about him, he takes Plame issue seriously
Edited on Fri Mar-16-07 04:44 PM by emulatorloo
I get the feeling that David Gregory feels like he has to compensate/bend over backwards for these guys just because he is tough in the breifings. Wish Gregory would get past that -- he should be tough all the time.

12. His "toughness" in the briefings are all for show, imo.
Little Lord Pissypants wouldn't give him the time of day if he behaved professionally. Gregory's toughness isn't authentic. It's all smoke and mirrors.

No, I'm afraid Mr. Gregory enjoys playing good cop/bad cop more than anything else.

8. Um, I think he meant Toensing was playing to the RW talk show circuit?
i've been noticing lot of projection coming out of these people lately. Like saying they were concerned the US Attorneys weren't investigating voter fraud. That's laugh too.

9. I never pay attention to anything that Brownstein says
He has been a right-wing shill for years. His articles in the LA Times are designed to carry water for the Repukes.

10. Brownstein has dug deep and explained the Niger forgeries
and also the motivation behind the outing of Plame.

He has, hasn't he?

Don't tell me an investigative journalist would simply walk around those issues and ignore them, yet still call himself a journalist.

13. The only person playing to the Blogsphere was the Rethug Senator who asked for Plame's party
affiliation. Showing Plame to be a Democrat was all about playing to the RW radio audience and freepers
