2. Bail from the Chief
After Scooter, is it any wonder that Kyle Sampson resigned as quickly as he could? Does anyone have a running count of how many staffers have been scapegoated to protect this presidency?

5. The neocons seem to have a cesspool that they dip from;

And bring up one after an other; each more destructive than the first ( could anyone be worse than Ashcroft ? yes he was) Mr Gonzales will be in the back ground continuing the neocon dream , the same as Rove and we will pay the price . The only answer is impeachment of Bush and Chaney and the sooner the better!

6. Unfortunately,
our own Chuck Schumer said incompetence isn't grounds for impeachment. With the elections serving as a distraction as well, I think the impeachment ship has sailed. Too bad, this gang would look good in orange. It brings out their scales.

7. While I may agree I think it's the greatest disservice to US law and citizens
that this administration which has broken so many laws and lied so many times and created facism in the land of democracy should escape without the public outing of these deeds and the judgement of impeachment on their legacy. To have impeached Clinton over a personal sexual matter and yet let the Bush administration off without it must make us the laughing stock of the globe now.

8. Absolutely
I agree impeachment is what they 'should ' get, for just those reasons you mentioned. Many key figures in this administration -Rumsfeld, Cheney,- served under Nixon. Because they were allowed to escape then, they came back to haunt us now. Plus, it's just the right thing to do.
But, I was talking realpolitik, and barring some crazy future events, which with the last six years I'm not ruling out, I don't think it's going to happen. Hope I'm wrong.

10. They'll wait a couple of months then he'll resign "to spend more time with his family".
Or, some such similar ruse.
