Why are Valerie and Joe not in jail?

My republican friends all say the Wilsons are lying. If they are lying under oath to Congress and to US Attorneys, that's against the law. Why hasn't the Bush Justice Department arrested them? The repukes have no answer for this.

I think after all what happened, it would be pretty easy for them to prove if Plame was lying. But the CIA didn't only want this investigation, they also confirmed Plame's story. What more do they want?

according to Hannity - a college drip out. Driving home today I heard him explaining to his idiot minions that Fitzgerald ( a Phi Beta Kappa Amherst grad and a Harvard law school grad) did not understand the law on leaking the identity of a CIA agent and should never have indicted Libby. When a liberal (gasp!!) caller reminded him that Fitz said that Libby threw sand in the face of truth and Fitz could not find out whether any law was broken because Libby lied Hannity said "That remains to be determined." :rofl: Hannity cut off the caller before he could say that Libby is a convicted felon.

From what I saw of Vaerie today, this is one of the most poised, and intelligent individuals I've seen on TV in along time. The R's tried to get her, but she tossed 'em to the croc's. Too bad the vile R's could only bring up old talking points long ago shot to pieces...:)
