5. If you do a search for Fitzgerald you should be able to find the letter he wrote Waxman

while it's disappointing, the reasons he states in his letter make perfect sense.

that there is information there, particularly about libby. (we don't know why the "particularly about libby".) probably a reference to libby was told to do it by cheney(?)
