Buzzflash: Should Cheney and Bush be Impeached for Endangering Our National Security?
As Valerie Plame has now testified under oath, we can conlude that it was treason that the Busheviks committed.

On Friday morning, March 16, Plame told the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform that she was a covert operative for the CIA before the White House outed her, compromising an entire network and CIA front company.

Furthermore, she, as BuzzFlash has noted for years, specialized in keeping track of the illicit sales of WMD, the very reason that Bush and Cheney and their henchmen falsely claimed that we needed to go to war with Iraq over.

Plame sub-specialized in WMDs in the Middle East, including Iraq and likely Iran. This makes the Bush/Cheney outing even more of an anti-American subversion.

She testified to the Committee that it was by no means common knowledge among the "Georgetown cocktail" circuit that she was a covert operative.

...

They went to war over WMDs that did not exist and then outed a CIA operative, causing irreparable damage to our nation's abilities to know who has WMDs, all because of their lust for power and feelings of omnipotence.

In short, they committed treason by causing grave damage to our nation's ability to understand the threat of real WMDs, not imagined ones.

For this, the Democrats should impeach Bush and Cheney. This is a high crime. This is treason.

2. For lesser crimes the husband and wife
Julius Rosenberg (1918–53) and his wife Ethel Rosenberg (1915–53) were prosecuted, convicted and executed for spying.

What this administration has done is....a high crime. This is treason. And all violators should be prosecuted. That's all........

3. absolutely agreed. what bothers me, given the secrecy of the lying thugs of this maladministration,
is how much else they have done that we do not yet know about, things that could be equally, if not more, harmful.

6. That's unlikely to come out anytime soon.........
But I suspect a great deal. Time to throw them out of office......it will take decades to fix what they have broken.

4. Yep, this is one their crimes.
Serious and unprecedented as a lot of their actions have been. So whoever's political career we are trying to further by not impeaching people in this administration must have produce unprecedented greatness for our country for if not it in no way in hell was worth not pursuing.

8. Too Many Blind Partisans To Ever Impeach These Crooks
They're hiding behind tens of millions of the hypnotized masses, who will defend them with no proof of their innocence, and attack the application of justice simply because it means that THEIR TEAM LOST.

11. They should be whipped. 100 lashes for every death in Iraq. When they can't take anymore
they should be allowed to heal(In roach infested, gang rape, Abu Graib style horror) while the next one in line gets whipped. When we run out of rabid, rubberstamp repugs to whip, we can start with the voters who condoned Iraq and the myriad other treasons. The amount of which will require a 24/7 whipping channel.

22. Sorry all.. I am really a very non-violent sort. It's just that the bush crime cabal's violence
begets violence. That is what I despise most about them: what they have made us into.

We need a leader who can make us into better people~ not worse. Someone who can inspire us to beauty, peace, and love. That will be the person who gets my vote.

Sometimes I think the "terrorists" won the day herr boosh took office.

since being handed the presidency by the SCOTUS has been an impeachable offense. This is just another one to add to an already long list.

15. Yes, if there was any Justice in
our world they would be impeached in tandem and then sent to The Hague.

And smirky and snarley could smirk and snarl their way through the tribunal.
