Who was the brunette in the pearl necklace...
...sitting right behind Valerie Plame (over her right shoulder) during the congressional testimony?

1. On a post here yesterday, someone said that was the juror who was
dismissed from the Libby trial for overhearing something about the trial. I have no idea if that's true or not though.

3. I think they were talking about a blonde woman behind Toensing
Not the brunnette sitting to screen left and next to the guy with curly hair...both of whom kept wagging their heads yes and no throughout Plame's testimony.

10. You could WARN a person.
Who goes and dyes her hair to match her outfit, anyway?

13. No thanks.
He was, IIRC, the one who thought the Libby case would never get to trail. Wrong and loud.

Someone should have asked her how deeply she was involved in the effort to get dear Scooter a pardon. Such a tool.

And: was she drunk? High? Tripping? Half the time I'm not even sure she knew where she was.

14. Reminds of this dialogue:

James Bond: Weren't you a blonde when I came in?
Tiffany Case: Could be.
James Bond: I tend to notice little things like that - whether a girl is a blonde or a brunette.
Tiffany Case: Which do you prefer?
James Bond: Well, as long as the collar and cuffs match...

12. The Blonde looks like a relatative of my husbands.... Lives near NYC.
Very nice lady. I'll have to check if she'd gone to D.C.

5. I noticed her too, and wondered who she was.
She looked younger than Ms. Plame, but definitely seemed supportive, as she nodded and smiled frequently.
She was very,very attractive, IMO.

7. OH, sorry. I do remember seeing her during Valerie's testimony.
While I was watching, I assumed that was her attorney, or some legal councel, just because of her movements and facial reactions, but I have no way of knowing for sure.

15. If she's smart, it'll be either her book agent or her body guard.
Of course if she was smart she wouldn't have worn houndstooth on live TV. The pattern is so distracting and she's totally not a winter.
