I hope Obama is smaking Downticket Campaigns with blocks of cash.

If we pull this off Obama will offer a broad plan that will require support from all strata of the Democratic Party. Hopefully it will be energy independence, alla FDR. He will need support to get started, and those who got help better fall in line when asked.
