There's a website where you can test a web address to see if the destination is being blocked by China's censors.

RimJob-Land wasn'd blocked, but Democratic Underground was.

although it now reports that it is. I don't trust that site, I think it's a spoof that just gathers up URLs and randomly tosses some percentage into their 'blocked' database.
